Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellation Before Shipment (Only for orders within India):
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request cancellation through the following methods:
Via “My Orders” Section:
Go to your account → Click on ‘Orders’
Select the order you want to cancel → Click on ‘Cancel Item’
Choose the item(s) you wish to cancel → Provide a reason → Click ‘Confirm’
Once submitted, we will cancel your item(s) and initiate your refund process.

Include your Order ID and reason for cancellation in the message.
Refund for Cancelled Orders:
For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours after approval.
If the shipment has already been dispatched, we will process the refund after receiving and verifying the returned items.
Refunds are made to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).
It may take up to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
COD orders are not eligible for cancellation refund unless returned post-delivery.
Use of Discount Vouchers or Coupons:
Any discount vouchers used at the time of placing the order shall be considered consumed even if the order is cancelled.
Loyalty points (if applicable) will be credited back to your account upon successful cancellation.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We offer a 15-day return policy for orders delivered in India. You may return or request a replacement for eligible products within 15 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return:
Option 1: Through “My Account” Section:
Login to your account → Go to ‘Orders’
Select the item → Click on ‘Have a Concern’ → Choose return reason
Option 2: Via Email:

Include Order ID, issue description, and clear images of the product and invoice
Option 3: Phone Support:

Return Conditions:
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
Product is used, damaged due to misuse, or altered
Returned without original packaging, labels, and invoice
Seal, barcode, or serial number is tampered
Request made after 7 days from delivery
Free product or gift item
Non-returnable categories:
Personal care appliances (due to hygiene)
Customized or promotional products (lipsticks, compacts, etc.)
Replacements:
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
If a replacement isn’t available, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Timeline for Returns:
Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours after returned products pass our quality check.
Prepaid Orders: Refund is credited to the original payment source (takes up to 5 business days).
COD Orders: Refund will be made via bank transfer. Customer must provide valid bank details.
Refund via Kanya Beauty coupons may be offered as an alternative for quicker use.
Received a Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Item?
Don’t worry! If you receive a defective or incorrect product, simply:

Our team will verify and arrange a free pickup if the request is approved
Refund or replacement will be processed after inspection
What About Free Gifts?
Free gifts, if included with your order, must be returned along with the main product to process refund or replacement.
Can I Return Just One Item from My Order?
Yes, partial returns are accepted. However, all related items (e.g., combo products, free gifts) must be returned together.
